At this mid year term we are in the peak of our selling season. Typically, sales remain stronger through September. With the current low interest rates and buyer activity we anticipate this trend to be the same this year. Competition among listed properties remains high, resulting in longer marketing times. Competitive pricing and property conditions are the two main factors that we encourage sellers to focus on in order to make their property stand out among the competition.
